High-Growth CEO Forum® Member Jim Hemmer’s Company, Antenna Software, Inc., Named NJBiz 2009 Business of the Year

Catlin & Cookman Group congratulates High-Growth CEO Forum member Jim Hemmer on the NJBiz 2009 Business of the Year award his firm, Antenna Software, Inc., received at an awards’ gala was held on Dec. 7, 2009. Antenna Software was chosen Business of the Year in the 101+ employee category. The company was recognized for its leadership and innovation, in addition to its long-term commitment to business success in New Jersey. The awards are presented annually by NJBiz, New Jersey’s leading business publication; an independent panel of judges selects the winners in the various categories.

Located in Jersey City, NJ, Antenna Software, experienced unprecedented growth in 2009. The company drove industry consolidation with the acquisition of two of its largest competitors, Vettro and Dexterra, achieving a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 85 percent in recurring revenues.

Jim Hemmer has been a High-Growth CEO Forum member since 2005 and credits his membership with helping to provide him with tools and insight his company has needed to achieve such rapid growth.
